At InnerKid, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Return Request Duration

Customers must request a return, replacement, or refund within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To maintain transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return or refund requests.

The video must:
• Start before opening the package
• Clearly show the sealed package
• Clearly display the product and issue inside

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Eligible Cases for Return, Replacement, or Refund

Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is defective or not functioning properly

Non Eligible Cases

Return or refund requests will not be accepted if:

• No unboxing video is provided
• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• The issue relates only to minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
• The customer changes their mind after purchase

Return & Verification Process

  1. Contact our support team or mail us at innerkid.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery 

  2. Share your order number along with the unboxing video.

  3. Our team will verify the issue.

  4. Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund.

Refund Mode & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically initiated within 7 business days after approval. The final credit timeline may depend on your bank or payment provider.

InnerKid reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
